I WILL GO BACK – ALYCIUM / A Powerful Spiritual Song Born From a Dream.

I WILL GO BACK Alycium — The Spiritual Story Behind the Song Some songs are written from the heart. Others are born from dreams, carried through time, and rediscovered when the moment is right. “I Will Go Back” began with a dream—an extraordinary spiritual experience that would remain with me for years. While I was sleeping, I heard voices singing. They sounded incredible, almost heavenly. The voices were angelic, filled with a beauty and emotion that I had never experienced before. I could hear the beginning of a song and its chorus, as though a beautiful musical performance was unfolding inside my dream. The melody was so powerful and moving that when I awakened, I immediately got out of bed and began writing down everything I could remember. I didn't want to lose the words, the melody, or the extraordinary feeling of what I had just heard. It was as though I had heard the beginning of something beautiful in my dream, and when I woke up, I was inspired to complete what I had heard. I heard the beginning and chorus in my dream. Then I wrote and completed the rest of the song. That was how “I Will Go Back” was born. Years ago, I recorded my original melody and vocals onto a cassette tape. Even then, I had a vision of how the song should sound. I imagined a powerful, emotional, spiritual musical production that could capture the heavenly atmosphere I remembered from my dream. But I knew it would be difficult to find a producer who could create the exact sound I was imagining. So I waited. Years passed, and life took me in different directions. Eventually, I moved to Florida, where I've now been living for almost three years. Through all those changes, the memory of “I Will Go Back” never completely disappeared. Then one day, something unexpected happened. Out of nowhere, a thought came into my mind, almost like an inner voice telling me: “Find the song. Find 'I Will Go Back.'” I couldn't ignore that feeling. I began searching everywhere. I went through my room, opened my luggage, searched inside my closet, and even checked the pockets of my old jackets. I was almost going crazy trying to remember where I had placed that cassette. I kept searching because something inside me told me I needed to find it. And then, there it was. Inside a small SwissGear luggage bag, tucked away all those years, was the cassette I had been searching for. My original recording of “I Will Go Back.” After nearly seven years, I had rediscovered a piece of my musical past that I thought might have been lost forever. Holding that cassette again was more than finding an old recording. It felt like reconnecting with the dream, the angelic voices, the melody, and the spiritual inspiration that had started everything. And this time, something was different. Technology had advanced. Music production had changed. Through Suno AI, I finally had the opportunity to bring my original composition to life with the kind of powerful, emotional, and cinematic production I had imagined years before. The melody was mine. The lyrics were mine. The dream was mine. Suno provided the musical production and vocal arrangement, helping transform my original composition into the finished song I had always envisioned. When I finally heard the completed arrangement, the emotional vocal performance captured what I had imagined when I first wrote it. “I Will Go Back” is more than a song to me. It is a spiritual journey through dreams, memories, faith, patience, and rediscovery. Its meaning goes beyond the music. It represents the mysterious way inspiration can enter our lives, how something beautiful can remain alive in our hearts through the passage of time, and how a dream can return when we least expect it. I cannot fully explain why I heard those angelic voices in my dream or why, after so many years, I suddenly felt compelled to search for that cassette. But I know what I experienced, and I know what that song means to me. Perhaps some dreams are meant to stay with us until we are ready to bring them into the world. Perhaps some songs are simply waiting for their time. I went searching for an old cassette, but what I found was a dream that had never died. And now, after all these years, that dream has finally become a finished song. “I Will Go Back” — a song born from a dream, inspired by angelic voices, preserved through time, and finally brought to life.
