Use Alycium's music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, or other protected materials in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights.

Commercial licensing requests should be directed to Flyershot/Alycium.

Digital Products and Refunds

Because digital music can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases of successfully delivered digital products may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the product was not delivered correctly.

If you experience a technical problem with a purchase, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Any refund rights provided by the payment processor or required by applicable law will continue to apply.

Artist Name and Branding

The names Alycium and Flyershot, along with associated logos, artwork, branding, and promotional materials, may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or authorization.

Music Videos and External Platforms

Flyershot.net may link to music videos, streaming platforms, social-media services, radio services, retailers, and other third-party websites.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Flyershot.net is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or operation of independent third-party services.

Copyright Concerns

We respect intellectual-property rights.
